In the early morning hours of May 21 (2022), a camera captured a strange-looking creature, seemingly walking on two legs, outside the Amarillo Zoo (Texas). Although Michael Kashuba, the Parks and Recreation Department Director for the city of Amarillo is having genuine fun with the photo, there are (of course) many who are claiming this is something more – like a chupacabra or a supernatural being called a ‘skinwalker’. Let’s take a more rational approach and look at what (legitimate) information is available and come to a more sensible solution.
